Open tour

 On this walk through Brussels, we walk from the Brussels Acropolis to the swamp. We go a little off the beaten track and yet we walk right through the historic center of the Belgian capital.

We start at the Palace of Justice, the largest building of the 19th century, and then walk through a beautiful district full of old buildings (Sablon) from the upper to the lower town. We follow the traces of the first medieval city wall and reach a small, old market square, where we briefly remember one of the city's important sons. We quickly walk past Manneken Pis and in an arc through streets full of cafés and second-hand shops. Then we continue to the Grand Place. After looking for traces of the disappeared river in the St Géry district, we end our tour in front of the stock exchange.
